Michael Ciocchetti PLLC

Michael Ciocchetti graduated with honors from the University of Florida (B.A.) and received M.B.A. and Juris Doctor degrees from Stetson University. In 2003, he started his legal career representing the Florida Department of Insurance. He represented insurance carriers in hundreds of first party property insurance disputes throughout the state of Florida.

Since 2016, Mike has devoted his practice exclusively to representing property owners in insurance claims. He was recognized as a Top Attorney in Florida by The Wall Street Journal and Miami Magazine, a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star and is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
