Founded in 2000, Sanders Law Group, PA is a boutique law practice that specializes in general real estate law, lending transactions, corporate and business law, estate planning and estate administration.

Chris Sanders manages the transactional side of the practice, and has extensive experience representing lenders, developers and investors in all aspects of commercial transactions. He regularly negotiates, documents and closes (i) complex secured financing transactions on behalf of banks, institutional lenders and commercial equity groups, (ii) commercial leasing transactions ranging from single tenant facilities to multiple tenant retail centers, (iii) residential and commercial real property transactions, and (iv) business asset and stock sale transactions. He is a designated SBA 504 attorney and serves as closing counsel for CDCs and banks involved in both SBA 504 and 7A guaranteed lending transactions.

Born in DeLand, Florida on December 19, 1970, Chris graduated from Stetson University in 1998, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson College of Law and his MBA from its School of Business Administration. While at Stetson, Chris served as a member of the Stetson Law Review. His undergraduate degree is from Florida State University, with a BS in Real Estate. He currently serves on the Circuit Advisory Council for Attorney's Title Fund Services and is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Chris is also a designated SBA 504 attorney and a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.
