In addition to trials, arbitrations and mediations, Mr. Whelan advises clients in avoiding construction disputes, including drafting and reviewing construction contracts and assisting clients with licensing issues. Prior to law school, Mr. Whelan worked as an estimator and project manager for several mechanical contractors in the Washington, D.C. area.
