She is the youngest female judge in the State of South Carolina. In addition to her 22 years of experience practicing probate law, Attorney Provence is also certified as both a Civil and Family Court mediator.

Attorney Jim Messervy is a partner at PMC Law Firm and is a former assistant Solicitor and Magistrate Judge. Attorney Messervy was born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina, and is committed to serving the local community. Although his primary practice area is family law, he is also a successful criminal defense attorney who has taken DUI cases all the way to the Supreme Court.

Attorney David Causey is a partner at PMC Law Firm and has more than a decade of experience handling probate and estate planning matters on behalf of clients in South Carolina. Before he received his law degree cum laude from the Charleston School of Law, attorney Causey graduated from Summerville High School. He also earned undergraduate degrees from the University of South Carolina and its Honors College, as well as a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching English from the University of South Carolina. Attorney Causey's primary practice areas include probate litigation, estate administration, and estate planning.
