The Law Office of Eric M. Sauerberg, P.A. is a boutique estate and family law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The firm, led by the Husband and Wife team of Eric M. Sauerberg and M. Krista Barth, focuses on meeting client's needs while giving them the same personal attention they give their own (very large) personal family.

After receiving an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida and practicing for many years, Eric founded the firm in 2001. His technique of integrating asset protection methods with specialized business and estate planning has enabled him to develop a loyal and satisfied clientele of high-net worth individuals.

Over the last two decades, Krista has established herself as an innovator in complex family law matters and probate and trust litigation (estate litigation).
