Jim Boyle is the founding partner of Boyle & Co. LLP, where he practices exclusively in the area of securities law.
Jim Boyle studied mathematics at the University of Waterloo (1975), obtained his B.A. in Film from York University (1981) and studied Economics at York University's Glendon College (1982).
Jim attended University of Windsor Law School, graduating in 1985. He was called to the bar in Ontario in April, 1987.
In 1998 Jim received his LL.M. in securities law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
