Steven Chizen, Esq. is a California licensed attorney and Berkeley Law alum dedicated to helping individuals harmed by corporations and government agencies. He has experience representing all sorts of victims: injured persons, mistreated employees, deceived consumers, survivors of domestic violence, and communities discriminated against by businesses and law enforcement. Steven has obtained substantial settlements for his clients and is not afraid to take the fight to the courtroom.

Before starting his own law firm, Steven practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where he represented large corporations in commercial and financial matters. During this time, he received invaluable experience that he now uses to defeat the types of corporations he used to represent. Previously, Steven served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Lidia Stiglich of the Nevada Supreme Court.

Steven's Firm is located in Oakland, California. However, his practice spans across California and includes lawsuits in both state and federal court. Steven has also appeared in cases across the country on a limited admission basis, including in the states of Massachusetts and Louisiana.

In addition to providing flexible fee arrangements when possible, Steven actively looks for pro bono opportunities. He routinely collaborates with other attorneys and provides referral fees consistent with the California ethical rules.
