Effective January 1, 2021, I have joined Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP as a partner, where I will be spearheading the growing Art Law practice. CDAS is an Entertainment and Intellectual Property boutique firm based in Los Angeles and New York. The firm focuses on all facets of entertainment and the arts including streaming television, film, documentaries, esports, gaming, publishing, music, theater, visual arts, digital media, trademarks, copyrights, IP litigation, corporate, and advertising.



My core practice will continue to emphasize intellectual property, fine art, business transactions, corporate structures, public policy, and strategic cultural planning. I will remain focused on working with clients to assess goals and priorities; develop legal and business strategies; articulate action plans; offer educational resources; create business entities; and draft the specific documents to best fit each unique situation.
