Since the Firm?s formation, our practices continue to focus on counseling and representing clients in the resolution of business disputes, commercial contracts and employment matters. We have been particularly focused on trade secret and non-compete obligations, privately-owned business disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and all forms of commercial disputes in the automotive, healthcare, investment management, and insurance sectors. In addition to our breadth of experience in litigating and taking such cases to trial, we are equally adept at counseling our clients so that they can avoid costly litigation where possible.
