Benjamin Donel (Donel) was always fascinated by real estate and real estate law. Donel grew up in a family that was real estate oriented and mingled amongst Investors, Lender and Brokers. He began his endeavor in real estates in 1993, almost two decades ago when he obtained his real estate license. Since then he has been an active participant in the real estate industry.



Donel is the president of Law Offices of Benjamin Donel Inc. A California Corporation established through secretary of state designed as a Professional Corporation. ?Donel during its undergraduate studies, Donel focused on real estate, economics and sociology. Donel obtained his law degree in 2003 and has since been practicing law in the field of real estate and foreclosures. Donel maintained offices throughout California. His model is that no task is too big and no case is too small, all Clients are treated equal with outmost integrity and professionalism.



Donel's treat client as family members. He takes every case very personal regardless of the pay with the goal of achieving the clients desire results. Donel has been involved in extensive trial litigation work and throughout the years has learned all nuts and bold of the foreclosure real estate and trustee sales. Done has a team of experience and seasoned attorneys, paralegal and secretaries in assisting him with his trial litigation work. Donel has been involved in cases where the trustee sale has been set aside and the property was restored to the home owner.



Donel is not only an attorney, but a mentor, an educator in foreclosure law training other real estate professional in the field of foreclosure and trustee sales. He has conducted numerous seminars for various firms on Foreclosure, Foreclosure Avoidance and Trustee Sales.
