Cons: "During my time at the Thomas J. Henry., it became clear that the firm prioritizes profits over ethical and fair practices. While the pay was good, it came at the cost of settling for less than deserved and compromising one's principles. The management and supervisors were disorganized and gave wrong advice, particularly when it came to personal injury cases in Bexar County. The firm's culture brainwashed employees into thinking they were working for a reputable and successful company, when in reality it consistently had low verdicts.Working for this firm was a waste of time and energy, as the management did not value or even acknowledge the hard work of its employees. My advice to management would be to re-evaluate their practices and prioritize ethics and fair treatment of employees over profit."
