Our Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania practice was established in 1947 by Frank M. Perna, Esquire, the father of one of the firm's current partners, Michael R. Perna, Esquire. Perna & Abracht, LLC is a full-service law firm with individual and corporate clients from all different walks of life, many of whom have been with our firm for generations.
