We trace our origins back to 1988?when gas cost less than a dollar per gallon, Rick Astley and George Michael were topping the Billboard Hot 100, and Gary Sanders opened his law office in Orange, CA. More than 30 years later, that office has evolved into Sternshein Legal Group: a majority woman-owned boutique law firm devoted to providing practical legal advice for owners and operators of companies in the continuum of post-acute care. Our clients, many of whom have been with us for decades, include skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice, and seniors housing providers. Like healthcare today, we are continuously evolving and adapting; yet the importance of personalized, practical legal advice is constant. Our representation includes CHOWs, de novo licenses, initial Medicare and Medicaid certifications, revalidations, and provider enrollment updates. While our roots will always be in California, we?re proud to have developed relationships with health departments throughout the western United States.
