We are one of a few firms certified by the California Insurance Commissioner to provide continuing adjuster education. All of our attorneys attend mandatory quarterly MCLE meetings to ensure best practices for our clients.

Each team is led by an experienced Shareholder with proven litigation success with the overall goal of being our client's key litigation partner. This team is hand selected and carefully assembled to ensure each team member has deep knowledge of the industry and a core understanding of the client's goals, budget, and key issues of the case. The team meets on a regular basis to ensure that the litigation plan is monitored, all claims are reviewed to ensure swift file closure, and that the client goals continue to be met or exceeded. As the client's needs evolve, the assigned Shareholder or supervising attorney will provide ongoing updates to the client, with detailed claim reviews so the client is aware of the team's progress from day one until resolution. Throughout the process, the client has the ability to adjust goals, request changes to the team, and provide ongoing feedback. The team approach allows us to provide the highest level of client service to our clients by holding ourselves accountable to close cases swiftly while meeting and exceeding client goals as a valued business partners.
