Mr. Stiene began his career with the prestigious firm of Buckley, Kremer, O'Reilly, Pieper, Hoban & Marsh in 1986. In 1987 he joined a successor firm, O'Reilly & Marsh, P.C. and subsequently opened his own private practice in 1991.
