Rogahn Kelly LLC

Rogahn Jones LLC was formerly known as Rogahn Kelly LLC. While the change was prompted by former Member, Daniel Kelly, being appointed by Governor Walker to fill a vacancy on the State of Wisconsin's Supreme Court, Attorneys Rod Rogahn and Colleen Jones have practiced law together for many years before becoming Members of Rogahn Jones LLC.

In the late 1990s Rod Rogahn had his own firm, Rogahn Law Offices, first in Wind Lake then Delafield, Wisconsin. Colleen Jones worked as an Associate Attorney for Rogahn Law Offices starting in 1999. In 2003, Attorney Rogahn became Vice President and General Counsel at Generac Power Systems, Inc. At that time Attorney Jones formed Wentworth Jones Law Firm, LLC. For many years Wentworth Jones Law Firm, LLC maintained the same space in Delafield that had been occupied by Rogahn Law Offices before moving its offices to Waukesha.

In September 2014 when Attorney Rogahn was preparing to exit Generac's Legal Department, he and Attorney Daniel Kelly formed Rogahn Kelly LLC. Paralegal Ann Amidzich was brought on as Office Manager and Paralegal in the start of 2015; and, in March 2015, Attorney Colleen Jones joined the firm as its Senior Counsel. The firm steadily gained recognition in the business community as an alternative to larger firms due to the quality of its services, innovative approaches to handling cases and offering value to companies.

Upon Attorney Jones becoming a Member and Chief Operating Officer of Rogahn Jones and Attorney Kelly becoming Justice Kelly, another attorney was needed at Rogahn Jones. The firm pursued an intensive search to locate a seasoned litigation attorney and was fortunate enough to find and hire Attorney Terry Booth. Attorney Booth has been practicing law for thirty-five years and was well equipped to transition in as the attorney handling the complex litigation files for the business clients at Rogahn Jones.
