Engler Callaway Baasten & Sraga, LLC is a boutique school and labor and employment law firm whose attorneys have provided nearly four decades of service to public school districts, special education joint agreements, municipalities, local governmental entities and private employers. Our attorneys are well-respected in their fields, as is evidenced by the longevity of our client relationships.

We serve as general counsel to many of the school districts and most of the special education joint agreements that we represent. In some cases, we serve as additional counsel and provide specific services to school districts and joint agreements in more specialized areas. We recognize that school districts and joint agreements have very specialized needs and we tailor our representation accordingly.

Our labor and employment law experience is broad and our practice extensive. We represent exclusively employers in areas of traditional labor law, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements and handling labor board and arbitration proceedings, as well as all facets of employment law.
