Halpern Rodriguez, LLP (the "Firm") is a law firm dedicated to providing legal counseling and representation to condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations throughout the South Florida area. The Firm provides a broad array of legal services to our community association clients. Community associations rely on us for advice and representation for such matters as covenant enforcement, negotiations of contracts, construction litigation, statutorily mandated arbitration, residential/commercial real estate transactions, and collection of delinquent assessments/foreclosure actions.

The Firm prides itself on providing our clients cost effective, sound and prompt legal counseling. We understand the day to day needs of our community association clients and take all measures to ensure timely and informative communication. Our goal is to provide each of our clients, whether through their respective board of directors or community association managers, with day to day advice on operational, legal and administrative issues. We also have substantial litigation and arbitration experience which provides the necessary mechanisms for covenant, contractual and collection enforcement. Our litigation approach is aggressive with a constant focus on achieving the most beneficial result available to the association. We involve our clients at each step in the process and always look to our clients needs and desires on a case by case basis.

We understand our communities rely on us for prompt responses to their questions and concerns. The founding partners of the Firm, Marc A. Halpern and Carlos X. Rodriguez, have substantial experience providing legal services to communities. Our mutual experiences have led to a Firm ethic dedicated to providing quality representation rather than representation to large quantities of clients. We believe that our Firm provides a new, young and fresh alternative to the larger and less interested firms representing community associations throughout South Florida.

The most common complaint of community boards and managers is their inability to reach and/or otherwise obtain their attorneys when they need them most.
