Unfortunately, many litigants approach legal matters with a "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" mentality. We understand responding to this litigation tactic can put a small business out of business, or can make a divorce exceedingly painful and contentious for our clients' families. Therefore, our firm simply does not engage with lawyers who follow this approach. Instead, we rely on the rule of law to prevail and aggressively seek the reimbursement of legal fees for our clients incurred in responding to these attacks.

Of course whenever there is a path to avoid litigation with reasonable opponents, we will not hesitate to resolve the matter through meditation, arbitration or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
