Brian Pascale is the principal of Pascale Law, a law firm representing injury victims throughout New York. Brian believes that the handling of every case is a partnership with the client and he makes every effort to ensure that the clients are fully informed throughout the entire process. Knowing that every case is unique Brian strives to provide an unparalleled level of individual attention to each matter.
Recognizing that lawyers need to keep pace with the times, the firm handles the torts of the 21st Century as well, representing individuals and corporations damaged by false business reviews and statements on the internet. In 2017 Brian launched Defamation Advocate, Pascale Law's website dedicated to helping those affected by slander and libel find legal counsel.
Due to Brian's adherence to the highest standard of professional integrity and aggressive litigation tactics, in 2016 Brian was elected as a Superlawyers Rising Star. Later, in 2017 he was elected to Superlawyers and has been each year since.
Due to Brian's unwavering dedication to his clients the American Society of Legal Advocates has bestowed upon him the Top 40 Under 40 Litigation Lawyers in the State of New York award in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The National Trial Lawyers similarly bestowed upon Brian the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers award in 2018 and 2019, the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in New York award in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers in New York award in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2017 and 2019 Brian also received the Top 10 under 40 Attorney Award for the State of New York from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. In 2021 the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys awarded Brian with the Top 10 Attorney Award.
The award Brian is most proud of however is the Champion for Children Award for 2016/2017 he received from the Crime Victims Center, Parents for Megan's Law for work he performed on behalf of the organization.
Since 2010 Brian has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Brian is one of the authors of the Department Updates for the Academy, providing the membership with the latest personal injury case law in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester, and Long Island. Since 2015 Brian has been the Chair of the Academy's Technology Committee, publishing multiple articles during that tenure and moderating CLE presentations on the topic. Brian is also a member of American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.
Brian is a graduate of Touro College - Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D. 2005) and Hofstra University (B.A. 2001). He founded Pascale Law in 2010, and was the Managing Partner or WeitzPascale from 2015-2021.
