Julio A. Noboa is Head attorney with the Law Office of Julio A. Noboa. Julio graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in June 2010. Before opening up his own practice in Elgin, Julio worked with a variety of different immigration law firms throughout Chicago and even in Los Angeles, CA. During his time in law school Julio made sure to give back by volunteering in several legal clinics, such working for CLAIM, an organization dedicated to representing incarcerated mothers. Julio has almost a decade of experience working on a variety of different immigration cases and issues. He has gone before several immigration agencies such as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). His greatest reward is helping hard working and deserving families navigate the complex and many times unjust immigration laws. Julio is fluent in English and Spanish. Julio also is a member of the Chicago Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as the Chicago Bar Association.
