A New Energy, LLC is a full-service legal, regulatory, and policy consulting firm helping clients navigate the intricacies of law, policy, and the regulatory scheme in Oklahoma, the SPP region, and beyond.

ANE was founded in 2009 by Jim Roth, Director at Phillips Murrah in Oklahoma City and the Dean of Oklahoma City University School of Law. The team also includes Eric Davis and Lindsey Pever. Together, the three also formed the Oklahoma Solar Association to advance the state's bourgeoning solar industry through education and advocacy.
