For eight years, Mr. Horn worked in three major New York City law firms that specialized in immigration and nationality law. For one of those firms, he also ran the contested and uncontested divorce practice. When Mr. Horn joined a small law firm in Long Island in 2003, not only was he responsible for all of its immigration litigation, he reviewed the applications and attended the bulk of the examinations for permanent residence and citizenship, and he also had co-responsibility for the criminal and family law cases in the office. Further, at the Long Island firm Mr. Horn created a contested divorce practice.
