In 2007 David embarked on a mission to form a law firm using a business model that was different from most legal firms. After many months of planning, Carson Law Group, P.S. was formed. Today Carson Law Group, P.S. operates in a unique fashion designed to provide excellent service to our clients. At the same time, we seek to reach a comfortable balance between work life and family life for our firm members.
David created a new look and feel to the practice of law. His mission was to place the needs of the clients in front of the needs of the law firm's owners.
At Carson Law Group, P.S. we practice law in a collaborative group. Everyone's input is welcome. With over 60 years of combined experienced David and Bruce have just about seen it all. Our goal is to pass our collective wisdom to our younger colleagues through an extensive mentoring program.
Unlike most law firms, we do not have minimum billing requirements ? David's philosophy is that minimum billing requirements poses an inherent conflict of interest by setting production goals. We provide clients with the best work that we can and our clients are happy to compensate us for our services. We strive to provide clients with timely service while also recognizing that our employees need a life outside of the office.
Many of our clients have been with David and Bruce for 25+ years. Our goal is to build relationships, not customers. We consider our clients as friends and treat them accordingly.
Our clients appreciate the fact that we do not charge for copies, postage, late fees and other items that we believe are simply a part of the business overhead. We regularly take phone calls after hours and on weekends because it is simply a part of providing the best service that we can. Of course, it is also the reason David turns off his phone ringer until after 8:00 A.M. on Sundays.
