Advice to law firm management: There is no firm management. That's the problem.

Pros: There are no pros in working at this firm. If I can rate a no star I would.

Cons: No assistant that has been employed in their Miami office for more than 2 months carries an actual degree of law or have a legal background. Stone talks down to all his employees including his attorneys. Ridicules and has no type of structure within the firm. Employees he claims that have been with him for years have no idea what they're doing. They are bullies. Clan of 3 and team of none. Stay awhile and see the overturn in staff like his clients experience when emailing a different assistant every month. As Harrison writing a lively and positive atmosphere ? Go visit the office itself. You'll see how lively and positive everyone will be.
