Furthermore, our Law Office endeavors to provide the most effective services to its clients in coordination and cooperation with distinguished lawyers who are its solution partners in other provinces of Turkey, particularly Ankara.

Story of Foundation

Yamaner & Yamaner was founded in 1920 by Adv. Salih Zeki Yamaner who worked first as a judge and then as a lawyer. Following Adv. Naim Zeki Yamaner who took over the flag in 1950, our Law Office is currently continuing to provide its legal services with the excitement, rigor and eagerness of the first day now under management of Adv. Cihan Yamaner and Adv. Nilgun Yamaner of the third generation since 1981.

Yamaner & Yamaner is focused on two main branches: Litigations and Legal Consultancy.

Our litigation department is dealing with legal cases and actions and arbitration proceedings relating to commercial law, and labor law, execution proceedings and bankruptcy and insolvency/composition with creditors. Our legal consultancy department is divided into separate work groups dealing with Companies, Contracts, Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Maritime and Insurance, Competition, Energy and Infrastructure, Construction and Real Estate, Environmental Law, Information Technologies and Telecommunication law fields.
