I&P is a legal consultancies firm based in Cairo, Egypt. The firm was established by Ashraf Elibrachy in 2006. I&P was initially set up as a modern boutique law firm providing premium legal services in the fields of M&A, banking and finance and capital markets. Within one year of its establishment, the firm was recognized as amongst the top firms in Egypt. Today I&P is a Five partner practice and has extended its service areas to include, in particular, the full range of corporate legal services, infrastructure and energy, tax and dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation. The firm's lawyers are fluent in English, Arabic and French and include English qualified lawyers, including at partner level.
