They tend to take the side of partners with large client accounts, even if they are bullies or demonstrate misogynistic behavior. The input and concerns of other attorneys are often ignored. Suggestions: To improve the firm, it would be beneficial to hire experienced HR professionals and to not give too much weight to the opinions of those who exhibit discriminatory behavior.
