Frances E. Cullen obtained her B.A. from the University of Rochester. After ten years working in the arts in Atlanta, she completed her J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as Student Writing Editor. Her background includes working as an Assistant Attorney General in the State Law Department and an Assistant District Attorney in Fulton County, Georgia.She has been in private practice for more than 25 years, focusing on the representation of licensed professionals.
Fran has broad knowledge of medical, dental, and pharmaceutical practices, including appropriate scope of practice and billing issues. Frances has represented hundreds of professionals during her career with administrative, civil and criminal issues. In working to ensure the fair treatment of professionals and encourage treatment for those suffering from drug and alcohol issues, Fran was one of the founding members of the committee that implemented the Georgia Physician Health Program (GA PHP) in 2012, now funded by the State of Georgia.She remains active in keeping abreast of the changing mores of substance abuse treatment and licensing board oversight of impaired professionals.
Fran is also a member of numerous professional associations, including previously serving as chairperson of the State Bar of Georgia?s Administrative Law Section and past chairperson of the Lawyer Referral Service of the Atlanta Bar Association.She remains an active member of those associations, as well as the State Bar?s Health Law and Criminal Law Sections, Lawyer?s Club of Atlanta, and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA).She also periodically speaks at professional associations for the various professions.
With two grown children, in her free time, Fran tries to spend as much time outdoors as she spends inside doing legal work, believing that there is no problem a day on the river won?t cure.

Susan J. Levyis the founding partner of Levy Pruett Cullen. She has been recognized by her peers as a Georgia Super Lawyer in 2019, 2020, and 2021. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Susan received her BA from Cornell University and graduated with distinction from Emory Law School.She spent two years as a law clerk for Honorable Jack T. Camp, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.Following her clerkship, Susan joined the Georgia Attorney General's office and immediately began defending wrongful death and personal injury cases throughout the state for the Georgia Department of Transportation.
After four years with the AG?s office and two years in private practice, Susan started her own firm, while continuing to represent the Georgia DOT as a Special Assistant Attorney General.An AV-rated lawyer, she has enjoyed a remarkable record in court, winning almost every case she has taken to trial. Susan expanded her practice when she and Fran Cullen joined forces. A significant part of Susan?s practice also includes representing physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals with professional licensing issues.
Susan has taught at both the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association Trial Academy and Emory Law School?s Trial Techniques Program.She is a member of several associations including the State Bar of Georgia, Defense Research Institute, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, DeKalb County Bar Association, Georgia Society of Healthcare Risk Managers, American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA), and Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is also a graduate of Leadership DeKalb. Susan is currently a board member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, where she sits on the Restaurant, Retail, and Hospitality Committee and chairs the Publication/Magazine Committee. She currently serves on the 2020 Atlanta Jewish Film Festival selection committee, and is an active member of Congregation Bet Haverim in Decatur, where she resides.

Lee Pruett graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law in 1990, where he served as lead articles editor on the Law Review. Lee first practiced insurance defense as an associate at the Atlanta firm Greene, Buckley, Jones & McQueen. Lee joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers in 1997 and became a partner in 2002. Lee joined Susan in 2005 and together they formed Levy & Pruett. At Levy & Pruett, Lee practices general civil litigation with a concentration in premises liability, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. He has successfully tried many civil cases and resolved numerous cases on motion, in mediation, and at arbitration. Lee is a member of the DeKalb County Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance andthe National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. He is also active in the Atlanta Claims Association.
Lee and his wife reside in Decatur, where they stay busy raising two boys and participating in the Rosewalk Neighborhood Association.
