CVDL was founded on April 1, 1966. Although originally focused on representation of banks and savings and loan associations, the firm soon expanded its principal practice areas to include equal emphasis on trial practice, commercial litigation, governmental issues, personal injury, real estate, trust and probate matters, and professional negligence.
