Our story

Kazimieras Motieka, the founder of the firm, is one of the heroes who led the Lithuanian independence movement from the Soviet Union and initiated the Independence Restoration Act in 1990. We are inspired by his courage to be different.

Kazimieras Motieka has been practicing law since 1959, making our business law firm in Lithuania one of the longest operating firms in the country. Following the arrival of a new partner, Ram?nas Audzevi?ius, in 2003, the firm was renamed Motieka & Audzevi?ius and this shared corporate law firm in Lithuania embarked on a path of strategic growth. We are constantly strengthening our practices to provide first-tier services in the Baltic States and beyond, with a strong focus on dispute resolution and complex deals.
