We deal with projects on the capital market such as: public and private issuances of shares, issuances of debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, transformations and restructuring and privatizations of economic entities, programs of management buy-outs, due diligences, financing of investment processes, tax optimization of equity transactions. We provide legal services of investments on the market of commercial real estate and legal services of industrial investments.
