PTA was established in 1997 focusing primarily on the financial services sector. The firm has established itself both locally and internationally as a niche legal firm providing expert service in mergers and acquisitions, securities exchange advice, banking and finance, private equity, cross border transactions, mining law and general corporate and commercial law advice. Although most of our directors originally came from large law firms, the vision was, and continues to be, to distinguish PTA from the larger law firms by offering the specialist services referred to above at competitive rates through a small team of highly experienced lawyers.
