Founding Partner Luiz Carlos Amorim Robortella, managing partner Antonio Galv?o Peres and the firm are featured with noteworthy mention in the most renown Brazilian and foreign publications. Both received the title of PhD in Labor Law from the University of S?o Paulo School of Law, also acting as undergraduate and graduate professors, delegates and speakers in national and international events.
Luiz Carlos Amorim Robortella has dedicated over 45 years to studying the modernization and flexibilization of labor relations, having published, individually, and coauthored approximately 50 books and 250 articles in Brazilian and international journals relating to the many aspects of individual, collective and procedural labor law.
Antonio Galv?o Peres has published dozens of articles and law books, with noteworthy mention to the international labor agreement and international jurisdiction study, of major interest given the growing transnationalization of workers and capitals.
Both partners have actively participated in the 2017 Brazilian labor reform through meetings with officials, lectures, press articles, production and review of the draft bill. Peres was also invited to explain his ideas in public hearings in the Senate and House of Representatives in the capital city of Brasilia.
