Dr Laszl? Hajdu, founder and managing partner of HP LEGAL, started his legal career in 1997. For more than two years he worked in the Budapest office of Clifford Chance, mainly on banking, capital markets and other corporate finance transactions. As of 2000 he continued his career in the Finance Department of Linklaters Budapest, which he left in April 2007 as managing associate. In July 2008 he established HP LEGAL.

The firm has extensive experience in the fields of banking, project finance, capital markets, M&A, corporate, real estate and commercial law.
