Johnson, Marcou, Isaacs & Nix, LLC ("JMIN") is an Intellectual Property law firm with a core specialty in Patent and Trademark prosecution. In March 2010, the firm was formed by a group of seasoned partners, associates, patent agents, paralegals, and support staff who had worked together for years at a large law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our vision when starting the firm was to provide the same high quality service to our clients but at a greatly reduced cost. We have accomplished this goal by using a unique, virtual firm model that has substantially reduced our firm overhead and allowed us to pass along significant savings to our clients. Our modest office is in Hoschton, Georgia (North Atlanta) but most of our employees work from their home offices across the country. Firm members communicate seamlessly with each other daily using the latest cutting-edge technology and computer systems. This virtual model not only saves our clients money but they receive the same or higher quality product and with greater efficiency than with large law firms. We have now grown to 24 employees servicing more than 100 clients worldwide.
