Our law firm has been operating on the legal services market in the Czech Republic since 1997 (before as TOMSA & SPOL.) and specializes primarily in expert advisory in the field of real estate law, covering all phases of development, including acquisitions, financing, construction, leasing, property management and eventual divestments to final investors.
