The Law Firm of Mohamed Al-Sharif, in association with Johnson & Pump, is a full-service international law firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with 13 attorneys and legal trainees, and additional government relations representatives, paralegals and support staff. Our attorneys have been active in Saudi Arabia since 1979, representing a broad range of local and international entities in their full range of commercial activities and legal issues, including leading defense, finance, information technology, engineering and construction contractors and suppliers.

While the majority of our projects are corporate and commercial, we are also currently handling over 100 matters in Saudi courts and administrative tribunals, as well as local and offshore arbitration. We register, convert and liquidate local companies, handle their regulatory affairs before the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the Communications and Information Technology Commission, the Ministry of Commerce Competition Commission and other regulatory agencies. Project teams typically include both Western and Islamic legal professionals, combining Western-style service with local legal, regulatory and practical expertise.

We have represented scores of multinationals in company formation and registration, acquisition and renewal of business licenses and registrations, partner identification and due diligence, contract negotiation, project guarantees, remediation of impaired or threatened registrations, labor advice and contracts. We have registered dozens of new entities over the past several years, including branches, limited liability companies, joint stock companies, technical and scientific offices, temporary commercial entities and professional service companies; and currently support some 45 foreign clients with general secretarial and legal services.
