After graduating from the prestigious Universit? Paris Panth?on-Sorbonne with the highest honors ("Mention Tr?s Bien") in 1992, she completed her equivalency training in Turkey at renowned ?stanbul University and became a member of Istanbul Bar since 1994.

Renowned for her breadth of knowledge not just in Turkish law but also in European law, her strong work ethic and unrivalled ability to meet her clients' even the most complex needs, Ece Guner Toprak is recognized as one of the top lawyers in Turkey having completed the biggest number of merger and acquisition transactions over the last 15 years.
