Our Brussels office

We are different from other Irish law firms because we have a permanent European presence and close contacts with key EU officials. Our specialist EU and international trade law office was set up in Brussels in 2006. The Brussels office is active in the field of state aid as well as in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases, and represents EU clients in the steel and iron sectors in trade defence cases before the EU institutions.

Our London Office

In 2018 we made a strategic decision to open a London office to offer a wider range of services, build closer relationships and to address the changing landscape in light of Brexit. The office focuses on advising organisations, from a range of sectors, on corporate transactional matters, including private equity, venture capital investments, M&A and general advisory services. Corporate partner Andrew Tzialli heads up our London office.

Our San Francisco office

The firm's San Francisco office has the resources to provide on-the-spot advice to companies investing in and expanding to the US, or on foreign direct investment in Europe.
In recognition of the strong growth in the firm in the areas of life sciences and technology, we are one of the first Irish law firms to have a US presence on the west coast. Our office in San Francisco provides on-the-spot advice if your company is investing in and expanding to the US, or if you need advice on foreign direct investment in Europe.
