Georgiev, Todorov & Co. was established in 1991 and is one of the first Bulgarian law firms. We are currently one of the largest law firms in Bulgaria, comprising of 8 partners and 52 attorneys, who are proud of the opportunity to provide excellent legal services to their clients.

Most of our lawyers are recognised as excellent professionals in their fields of practice. Theodor Chipev and Alexander Arabadjiev were senior partners at the firm before being appointed as Judges at the Court of First Instance and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg respectively. Our managing partner ? Professor Todorov has been a national expert on a United Nations (UN) Working Group on Institutional and Structural Reforms in the Judiciary System in Bulgaria and on Administrative Modernization of Central and Eastern Europe, and has served as rapporteur on the drafting committee of the Code of Administrative Procedure.

Georgiev, Todorov & Co. has experts in all areas of law, including EU, competition, commercial, company and labor law. Members of the team have published textbooks and papers in the fields of European Law, International Arbitration, Corporate Law and Management, Bankruptcy and Administrative Law.

Some of our lawyers have degrees in European law from leading universities such as La Sorbonne, King's College London and more.
