Initially, the studio provided corporate, and eventually judicial, advice to salmon and real estate companies (mainly), which were part of the client portfolio that two of its founding partners (Crist?bal Vergara and ?lvaro Costa) had formed during their years as a professional exercise.

In 2008, the insurance area began to be devised and formed, thanks to the vast experience of both the third founding partner (Sergio Fern?ndez) and a new partner (Gloria Claro). This area had an outstanding participation in different settlement processes of several of the largest and most complex claims, on the occasion of the 2010 earthquake.

Over the years, our study has experienced significant growth; and we have diversified our practice areas, incorporating the tax and labor areas and strengthening the litigation area.

All our operations and works are led by partners of the firm, who work directly with each client, and together with their team, which is made up of professionals of excellence, which guarantees the highest technical quality of our services.
