History:

MANUEL RIERA MILLERES (1892-1957), lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina (1916), Doctor of Jurisprudence (1916), president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Banco del Paraguay, the Paraguayan Bar Association, the Rural Association of Paraguay and the Touring and Automobile Club of Paraguay, started the legal tradition of the family and founded the Law Firm.
