Dr. Marijon Kay?er, a founding partner of Klinkert Rechtsanw?lte, has been advising and defending companies and individuals in all criminal matters relating to white-collar crime for two decades now. Fields of activity include the classic areas of white-collar crime such as fraud, breach of trust, bribery, corruption, insolvency offences and the so-called secondary criminal law, ie criminal tax law, balance and capital market criminal law, antitrust law, foreign trade criminal law, medical criminal law and IP violations. In addition to defending her clients, Dr. Kay?er has been advising on preventative issues for many years and has developed (criminal) compliance programs and trained employees for numerous German and international companies. In advising the wronged parties (companies), she has extensive experience in dealing with investigative and supervisory authorities, in particular in the case of intellectual property infringements, such as industrial espionage and piracy, or in the case of breach of trust or other criminal acts directed against the company.
Dr. Marijon Kay?er leads the criminal law practice at Klinkert Rechtsanw?lte. She began her career in criminal law at the Institute of Criminal Science and worked for more than 10 years in the Corporate Criminal Investigations department of an international law firm.
