We provide services that cover the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, dealing with patent applications in all areas of technology, trademark and design registrations, domain names, licenses and litigation, representing clients in both the Industrial Property Appeals Board and the courts. We represent both domestic and foreign clients in Estonia, in front of the European Patent Office and EUIPO, as well as through our colleagues abroad all over the world.
Today, the office, founded by three IO specialists, consists of 15 people, seven of whom are certified patent attorneys.
Our office and commissioners participate in the activities of the Chamber of Patent Commissioners, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, INTA, AIPPI, ECTA, LES, epi, FICPI ??and MARQUES.
Our working languages ??are Estonian, English, Russian, German and Finnish.
As we celebrate our 30th anniversary in May 2018, we can promote ourselves with the slogan "30 years of experience" .
