"Commercial relationships and investments with Arabs States" organized by University of Bologna, PhD at the University of Bologna in International Transport laws with a research on Marittime Transport in Arab Countries. Working in North Africa, and mainly in Libya, since 2002 and specializes in Arab countries commercial and trade law. Paolo assists Italian and international companies listed and not.
