Dobrev & Lyutskanov Law Firm was established in 1989 and it has since been operating under the Bulgarian Bar Act. The end of the 1980's and the beginning of the 1990's were characterised by significant political changes in Bulgaria and our firm was among the first law firms to be set up in the wake of such changes.
