ERIC M. MARK ATTORNEY AT LAW
After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, I became an Assistant Prosecutor in Somerset County, NJ. I handled criminal and juvenile prosecutions of all natures from the investigation stages through trial. I argued numerous cases in the Appellate Division and submitted briefs to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
While a law student I had several eye-opening experiences that helped me gain my appreciation for the law and our justice system. I was a judicial intern to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the Federal District Court in Newark, NJ and I was a legal intern at the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel. These places showed me people, cases and laws of various philosophies and different backgrounds.
I gained my bachelors degree in History and Journalism & Mass Media from Rutgers University, where I graduated the University with Honors and from my majors with Highest Honors. I rowed varsity crew all four years.
In immigration matters, criminal defense and drunk driving defense the accused is often fighting an uphill battle. The outcome can never be guaranteed and all the pressure and stress is on the person who stands to lose the most. For that reason I hold nothing back. Each client is my most important client. Every client has my cell phone number and can call me at anytime with questions. I have several offices and try to accommodate clients by meeting as close to their homes or businesses as possible, and on days and at times where they will not have to miss work.
I have the legal knowledge, courtroom presence and relentless work ethic to provide you with the representation you need in a personable manner so that your experience with the legal system is as painless and as successful as possible.
