We opened February 2020 and, since day one, our goal has been to provide quality service and attention to our clients at a fair rate. Depending on the services we provide, we charge a flat rate or an hourly rate. For our hourly rate, we charge $225 an hour for the attorney and $125 an hour for the legal assistant. We keep our time in six (6) minute increments and send out biweekly or monthly bills, depending on the workload.

Unlike most firms, we generally do not charge for client phone calls, unless they exceed one hour. The reason for this is we don't want our clients worried about a ticking meter every time they talk with us by telephone. We believe that is a hindrance to the attorney-client working relationship. Money should not be the deciding factor on the care and attention a client receives. In keeping with this spirit, we also offer free consultations for new clients and new client matters.
