In our experience, when meeting with a potential new client, the most common reason cited as to why the board is seeking new counsel is lack of communication or lack of responsiveness, and we have taken note. In addition, our firm is committed to providing our clients prompt service. In fact, is our policy to respond to all client inquiries within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of receipt.

Emphasis on Affordability:

Our firm is constantly striving to reduce legal fees for our clients. We now offer a deferred billing option for collection/foreclosure accounts. Once a delinquent account is referred to our office, our firm will seek to recover all legal fees directly incurred from the delinquent owner(s) in lieu of billing the association directly on a monthly basis.
